H2SENSE Made a Splash at the 14th China Power Equipment Condition Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis Technology Summit
On April 17, 2025, the "14th China Power Equipment Condition Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis Technology Summit and Exhibition" kicked off grandly in Hangzhou. H2SENSE showcased its latest multi-parameter sensor technology for oil-less equipment, attracting widespread attention from attendees.
Exhibition Highlights
H2SENSE's booth, located at A084, displayed its cutting-edge products, including the MODEL3900 power-free and cable-free multi-parameter sensor and the MODEL3600 split-type multi-parameter sensor. Designed for oil-less equipment, these multi-parameter sensors enable real-time monitoring of key indicators such as hydrogen in oil, oil pressure, moisture and oil temperature without the need for additional cables.

Technological Innovation
The MODEL3900 multi-parameter sensor, powered by a lithium-thionyl chloride battery and utilizing LoRa wireless transmission technology, is small and lightweight, making it ideal for installation at the oil sampling valve of oil-less equipment. In contrast, the MODEL3600 split-type multi-parameter sensor features a split-type design, connecting the sensor and data analysis unit via a 30cm armored cable. The front-end sensor weighs less than 100g, minimizing its impact on the oil sampling valve interface.
Company Honors
H2SENSE's technological innovation in power equipment condition monitoring has been recognized by the industry. The company was awarded the second prize of the 2023 China Power Science and Technology Innovation Award and the third prize of the 2021 State Grid Corporation of China Science and Technology Progress Award. These accolades underscore H2SENSE's leading position in insulation condition monitoring technology for oil-less equipment without power outage.
Exhibition Site
At the exhibition site, H2SENSE's booth drew numerous visitors. Company representatives elaborated on product features and application cases, engaging in in-depth technical discussions with visitors. Through on-site demonstrations and interactions, H2SENSE highlighted the crucial role of its products in enhancing the safety and reliability of power equipment operation.

Future Outlook
H2SENSE will keep advancing the research and production of thin-film hydrogen sensors and driving the development of power equipment condition monitoring technology. The company intends to expand its product line to meet the needs of more industries and continue promoting its advanced monitoring solutions in domestic and international markets.
This exhibition provided H2SENSE with an excellent platform to showcase its latest technologies and products, and also offered an opportunity to connect with partners from within and outside the industry. H2SENSE looks forward to collaborating with more enterprises and institutions to jointly promote technological progress and innovation in the power industry.
