MODEL 5200 Online Hydrogen Analyzer adopts Pd alloy thin-film hydrogen detection technology. This technology features absolute hydrogen specificity and no cross-response to other flammable gases. The sensor chip of MODEL 5200 uses a structure of Pd alloy tin-film resistor and adopts key process technologies, such as mature and stable Pd alloy material doping system and alloy thin-film preparation process, specific composite thin-film preparation technology, making MODEL 5200 has superior long-term stability and free from periodic maintenance, reducing operation costs.
MODEL 5200 can be directly used for on-line detection of hydrogen concentration in high- pressure pipelines, without the need for gas venting during measurement. The analyzer has a built-in high-precision pressure sensor, which enables real-time compensation for gas pressure fluctuation and ensures the accuracy of hydrogen detection.
The Pd alloy thin-film hydrogen detection technology is not affected by humidity-even in a water vapor-saturated environment, it will not impact the accuracy of hydrogen detection. Additionally, gas flow rate has no effect on the accuracy of hydrogen detection.
