Hydrogen Sense Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “H2SENSE”) was established in 2014, which is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development and production of thin-film hydrogen sensors in China. 

The technical team have decades of years experience in the design, development and production of Pd alloy thin-film hydrogen sensor, and has applied for 24 national patents and obtained 3 invention patents. H2SENSE also passed the ISO9001 quality certification.

H2SENSE has built a perfect design and processing test conditions for thin-film sensor chips. At present, there are nearly 300m² purification workshop (including photolithography area), and the main process equipment includes lithography machine, ion beam deposition (IBD), optical coating machine, PECVD, high vacuum atmosphere annealing furnace, HYBOND golden wire bonding machine, automatic standard gas proportioning transportation system, transformer oil chromatograph and six-and-a-half bit multifunctional digital meter, with a total of nearly 40 sets.

H2SENSE will continue to devote more effort and resource to the R&D and innovation of special thin-film sensor technology, focusing on product and service quality, and providing customers with various special hydrogen sensors and monitoring solutions.

At present, thin-film sensor products have been widely used in nuclear energy, aerospace, electric power and steel and other fields. H2SENSE will surely become a high-quality and reliable supplier of special thin-film sensors and monitoring system solutions recognized by customers.
