On September 24th, 2025, the 8th China (Shanghai) International Sensor Technology and Application Exhibition(SENSOR CHINA 2025) kicked off, H2SENSE, a national high-tech enterprise, made a highlight appearance at this exhibition with its new products-Model 5000 series Hydrogen Sensors. The company‘s independently developed solid-state Pd alloy thin-film technology became a focal point of the event.

Model 5000 Hydrogen Transmitter

l Flexible cabling: Supports customized cables with lengths ranging from 5m to 100m.
Model 5200 Online Analyzer
l Equipped with pressure compensation: withstands pressure up to 3.5MPa.
l Humidity tolerance: Operates precisely in saturated water vapor environments.
Leveraging H2SENSE’s full-process MEMS chip manufacturing capabilities, these products combine high stability and low maintenance requirements. They have been widely adopted in power, nuclear industry, and petrochemical sectors, achieving critical domestic replacement.
During the exhibition, customer representatives from petrochemicals, steel, and other industries stopped by the booth for in-depth exchanges. Visitors also showed strong interest in the products’ application potential in hydrogen energy safety monitoring and lithium battery thermal runaway early warning—emerging high-demand scenarios in the new energy sector.
