Recently, Yunnan Dali Power Supply Bureau of China Southern Power Grid arranged a team of experts to go to Suzhou Science and Technology Park in Jiangsu Province to investigate the implementation of the science and technology projects of Yunnan Power Grid Corporation by Hydrogen Sense Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as H2SENSE) in order to promote the special research activities of "Gather Together Scientific and Technological Innovation and Promote the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements".
The research team visited the product exhibition hall, hydrogen sensor production line and nano-chip laboratory of H2SENSE successively. H2SENSE is a high-tech enterprise dedicated to providing hydrogen detection solutions & products and services. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the development, design, production and sales of solid-state palladium alloy hydrogen sensors and related application products in China.
The scientific and technological project of this research is Research on Multi-parameter Sensing Integration Technology for Transformer Fault Prediction and Health Management (PHM), which has made a new breakthrough in solid-state palladium alloy hydrogen sensing technology. The s solid-state palladium alloy thin-film technology is developed, and the doping ratio and process method are optimized, which has excellent long-term stability and sensitivity. At the same time, the specific coating technology is adopted to ensure that the sensor can work reliably in harsh environments such as CO, H2S and CH, and can be directly used for measuring hydrogen in transformer oil.
This research activity is based on"Project-Achievement-Product", and the expert group fully affirmed the achievements made by enterprises in carrying out scientific and technological projects. It is hoped that in the process of transforming achievements into products, cooperation and linkage will be strengthened to further promote scientific and technological innovation and transformation of achievements.
